Talleres J. Bocanegra pursues corporate values located in the sphere of equal treatment and opportunities between men and women.
The human factor is what provides the success of our processes, which is why, to guarantee their rights and opportunities, is considered a corporate preference.
Since the end of 2017, the entity is committed to improving the starting situation, through the progressive incorporation of measures in favor of equality, as well as in matters that may be related, such as improving the reconciliation of work, family life and personal and the promotion of co-responsibility, which allow us to create a healthy work environment free of any type of discrimination.
With this initiative, we also want to show our commitment and respect for the Organic Law 3/2007 of March 22 for the Effective Equality of Women and Men, that although its regulatory framework exempts us from the obligation to implement an Equality Plan, we value the implement it voluntarily, once we get the first experiences and results with the actions we are currently developing: setting up an internal body dedicated exclusively to equality; design, preparation and dissemination of awareness-raising guides in the areas described above; protocol against sexual harassment or because of sex, among others.
Although the activities we develop, have a focus, mainly internal, we would like, that the values instilled and transmitted, finally also
serve to extend into a broader social and business environment, favoring the integration of the gender perspective.
